Construction Updates
Belle Meade Village is a cosmopolitan shopping and residential village at the gateway to Belle Meade, Tennessee. Set for completion in 2028, Belle Meade Village will transform an underutilized 15.5-acre site into an iconic shopping and residential village, creating an irreplaceable destination at the entrance to Nashville’s most established residential corridor.
Green space, public walkways, and parks will comprise approximately 60% percent of the project site, including the activation of Richland Creek and connection to its namesake greenway, connecting residents to the pedestrian-friendly Sylvan Park neighborhood and McCabe Park.
Construction Updates
Spring 2026
Project mobilization and construction commenced in October 2025. Site blasting activities have been substantially completed. Excavation, deep foundation work, and vertical construction are currently underway. Remaining crane installations are scheduled to resume this summer.
Please Note: Spot blasting may still be required based on conditions encountered during ongoing excavation. For the safety of pedestrians and motorists, traffic at the intersection of Harding Pike and White Bridge Road will be temporarily stopped approximately five minutes before and after any necessary blasts.
If required, these blasts will be scheduled at consistent times: 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., or 1:00 p.m.
